The study of kinesiology has been not only a most fascinating experience for me, but a most inspiring and powerful means of developing closeness and oneness with God.

I know my quest in studying and practicing this modality was divinely inspired and planned before I came into embodiment. Most people have experienced that feeling when you come across a person, place or thing that you instantly know you have a strong connection to. If it is a person, you look across a room and meet the eyes of another individual who has been a stranger to you, and you know that person is special to you. That is the soul recognition that your outer mind cannot fathom, but you are carried by the power of your destiny and divine plan. There are certain words, pictures or faces that when we experience them through our senses, we are connected to the inner memory of our destiny.

Kinesiology, for me, was one of those experiences. I was introduced to the science in the early 90's and took some training and just loved it. A few years later I heard about a new method of kinesiology and instantly was driven to pursue training with this particular method. By the end of 1995, I had taken five levels of training and had started my own healing practice.

To say I loved it was and is an understatement. I saw so much potential to link together the physical with the spiritual and bring about healing to the three other bodies, which bodies vibrate at levels we cannot see. We have four lower bodies: the physical, emotional, mental and etheric bodies. If we do not consider the healing necessary for all four bodies, we will never acquire true healing. It is when we change our mental thoughts and emotions to reflect the purity of God, that we will change the physical body to also reflect out purity and be a healthy and pure temple of God.

I have shared my first experiences of hearing the voice of the Master in my mind, in my book “The Way”, as well as personal stories shared over the years. Briefly, I explained how through my spiritual practices of doing decrees, a dynamic form of prayer work, helped me to overcome certain issues and balance negative momentums I had done in the past. Over the course of a few years I had three experiences where the Master came through to give me a brief, one sentence direction that saved me. One time it was from being stranded on a deserted road when my car engine died, and two other times when I needed and implored Heaven for help with some very important changes in my life.

I knew that the direction I received was from a higher realm than my conscious awareness. And each direction profoundly changed the course of events in my life. I did not question the directions, but just followed them. And I did not seek to hear more direction, not even contemplating taking heaven by force, but only grateful that somehow the higher direction got through to my outer awareness.

It was years later that I contemplated more. I wanted to be able to follow the inner direction more, and direction from Heaven, and start making more profound changes in my life. I had already taken several levels of kinesiology training, when one day I made a prayer to Heaven. I asked the heavenly hosts to signal me when they would like to give me a warning or direction in the future. I asked them specifically to signal my ear, so that I then could pay attention to the higher realms and listen. And the signals began almost instantly and have continued to this day. I went on to later call this and many other body signals "body symptoms."

My kinesiology healing practice was going very well. It never ceased to astound me at the high level of communication I was afforded and thereby those who came for healing. I quickly transcended my training to develop just what was applicable to help individuals with spiritual healing, and discover many hidden things in their beings, their four lower bodies and their past.

I never had to advertise, word of mouth kept me busy all day, five days a week. Most came once or twice, got help with what they wanted and went on their way. A few returned on a regular basis and some few never quite broke through outside of our sessions, and today are still trapped in their fallen ways. But overall, I found kinesiology to be a practice of high accuracy, and coupled with my ability to follow inner direction , I could help others see what they had not been able to see about themselves prior to their visit.

Personally, my life was transformed. I discovered more and more about myself as the weeks and years unfolded. I got to know my guru personally, Master Morya, and had the privilege of his tutelage, guidance and disciplines year after year. All this through my kinesiology, because without it, I would not have been as comfortable listening and being able to confirm my accuracy.

Over the years, various Masters would work with me, giving me their unique God flames and transferring to me the exact disciplines I needed to refine me, to the day where I could see myself for who I truly was in I AM. I was guided to refine my methods of kinesiology and hearing many times, learning discipline and non-attachment. As I worked more closely with the Masters and my Higher Self, I began taking on a more direct role in communicating higher truths to my brothers and sisters on the path. This eventually led to these courses on Inner Communication and how you may attain oneness with your Higher Self and Being.

I began to share this method of kinesiology and help other Ascended Master students develop their own inner communication themselves. I called this method Integrated Kinesiology, which method I teach today. This method is closely related to ancient methods of communication.

Today we are once again working with our Higher Selves in communicating and following the inner direction we once knew in Golden Ages. This is a golden opportunity to take power our power that was lost in the dark ages.
